The Council of Ministers has announced new submission deadlines for the Income Tax Return (TD4) and Summary Information Table (SIT):
🔹 2023 Tax Year: Deadline extended to 31 March 2026
🔹 2024 Tax Year: Deadline extended to 30 November 2026
These apply to companies and individuals with turnover over €70,000, whether or not they must submit the SIT.
⚠️ Late submission penalties:
• €500 for late SIT
• €100 for late TD4
