Melissa began her legal career as a Legal Trainee in an esteemed Cyprus Law Firm from September 2015 to October 2016, where she gained experience representing clients in court, conducting interviews, researching legal matters, and preparing court documents for litigation. Her multifaceted background reflects her dedication to providing comprehensive legal services across different areas of law.
She serves as a Corporate Lawyer, where she demonstrated proficiency in drafting and reviewing agreements, resolutions, and other corporate documentation. Her role also involves conducting thorough legal research and issuing opinions, preparing and reviewing due diligence reports, and ensuring the legality of commercial decisions and transactions.
Melissa liaises closely with clients, providing expert legal guidance and submitting documents to the Registrar of Companies. Her excellent knowledge base, communication skills and ability to work within tight deadlines makes Melissa a valuable addition to our team.
